TIPS TO STAY MOTIVADA TO EXERCISE

Find your reason for doing it

You need to find a reason to exercise. It could motivada be that you want to lose weight, feel stronger, tone your body, or because you just know you should take your dog for a walk every day. You can do it.

  • A lack of motivada is one of the main reasons people stop exercising.
  • There are many ways to motivada yourself to exercise.

MOTIVADA INSPIRATION

Everyone has a favorite person: a football player, a dancer or a martial artist. A gymnast, a runner, etc. You can use their example as motivada to change your life and set your own goals.

GOALS

Set realistic short-term goals. Start with small steps. Let’s say that you are interested in running a full marathon. But, we will start small. We’ll propose to run 5k at month’s end. Each week, you run 1k. Then, you continue running Grapevine Exercise each week until you reach the monthly goal of 5k.

SET CHALLENGES

If you’re like me, you might need more motivada. To do this, increase the difficulty of your exercises, such as push-ups on an elastic band, or on a pilates mat (it’s more difficult than you think), or adding weight to your squats.

EQUIPMENT/SPORTS CLOTHING

You can buy equipment such as medicine balls, medicine balls and jump ropes. Or maybe you want to purchase a nice outfit that makes it easy to train in. You will be able to say, “I already spent the money. Now I have to use it.” Keep it visible so you can always see it and encourage you to use it.

PLACE MOTIVADA

You need to find a place that is free of distractions, where you feel at ease exercising. This could be at home or in the garden.

COUPLE MOTIVADA

Some people don’t like to exercise motivada by themselves. They get bored easily and need a partner. You should find someone who shares your interests in exercising.
